Information we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- When you buy through eBay: eBay shares the details we need to fulfil your order, such as your name, delivery address, order details and any messages you send us. eBay handles your payment, and we never see your card details.
- When you visit this website: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how you use the site through Google Analytics.
How we use your information and our lawful basis
- Fulfilling eBay orders and handling returns: to perform our contract with you.
- Responding to enquiries and providing customer service: our legitimate interests in helping customers.
- Keeping order and accounting records: to meet our legal obligations, including tax requirements.

How long we keep it
- Customer service enquiries: 12 months after our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.
- Order records: six years, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Analytics data: no more than 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.

Age restriction
Penthol is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
